Als inkoper bij Bleeker & de Jong houd ik me dagelijks bezig met een cruciaal proces binnen onze organisatie: het inkopen van de juiste auto’s tegen de juiste prijzen, zodat wij onze Europese klanten optimaal en snel kunnen bedienen. In ruim zes jaar tijd heeft dit vak mij alles geleerd over het bepalen van de juiste prijs voor een voertuig, specifieke voertuigdetails en het samenbrengen van vraag en aanbod op zowel nationaal als internationaal niveau. Binnen het inkoopcentrum werk ik samen met zes collega’s die samen een hecht, gezellig en behulpzaam team vormen.

Managing inventory, selling vehicles, and purchasing them are daily activities that make my role varied and challenging. As an intake specialist, I am daily occupied with visually and technically inspecting all purchased vehicles, ensuring our clients can do business with Bleeker & de Jong remotely without any surprises afterwards. Together with my team, we test, photograph, and take in numerous cars daily, within a group of friendly, professional, and hardworking colleagues. The variety of tasks, the strong team spirit, and the constant dynamics ensure that my work is challenging, enjoyable, and fulfilling every day.
